PRIVILEGE is happy to offer free shipping on all domestic (within Canada) orders over $250. Other restrictions may apply. Please note that orders under $250 will be subject to a shipping fee based on the items ordered and shipping location.
In-store pickups are available at our Langley Location only. Please note the lead time for in-store pickups is 1-3 business days. Once your order is ready for pickup our team will contact you at the email address on your order. The address for all pickups is 19368 Fraser Hwy Surrey, BC V3S6K6.
Please allow between 24-72 business hours for order processing. For products with Lead Times please note the days needed to process, you can find this information under the Product Description. Please note our business hours do not include weekends. All orders are not final until shipped. Sadly, sometimes items may be out of stock. We may not be able to fulfill all orders.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at 1-855-951-0665 between 10AM-6PM PST. Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and our return policy will apply.
Our team understands that life can't always be Privileged and that sometimes things don't work out the way you planned. We want you to LOVE every piece you add to your closet, but... if for some reason you're not "feeling it" we are happy to help you find something else that's more your style.
Privilege is happy to offer full returns for online orders within 14 days from the day your item is delivered. All items must be returned with original packing receipt, all tags attached and are subject to inspection upon return. All accessories, jewelry, headwear, swimwear, socks, sunglasses, under garments and sale items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions will be made.

Privilege does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. All return costs are at the customers expense. We highly encourage customers to get a tracking number when shipping return packages.
Please note, we do not process returns at store level. You may exchange any online order for another item or in-store credit at any of our boutiques.

All returns take approximately 3-5 business days processing time to receive a refund once delivered back to our warehouse. Any item(s) being returned are subject to inspection upon delivery and if deemed unsellable or not in original condition will be sent back at the customers expense. Returns will be credited onto the original method of payment.
Unfortunately at this time our online store is not able to process exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or a different product please place a new order. For returns of the original item please refer to the 'RETURNS' section above.
Please note that Privilege does not offer price matches on any of our items. If you would like to return and re-purchase an item at it's new price our regular return policy applies. No exceptions will be made.
